The period for voter registration outside Kosovo has started on July 23rd and will last until August 29th, Klankosova broadcast.tv.
“To vote from outside Kosovo, it is necessary to register within this deadline through the CEC platform”, the CEC leader's information message says.
On behalf of the CEC, Radoniqi has invited all Kosovo citizens to become part of the election process, saying: your “Partnership in the elections is important and your vote directly affects the future of your municipality”.
Only Kosovo citizens who will be registered during this period will be able to vote via mail in the period, which will begin on 17 September and close on October 11th 2025.
Unlike Kosovo's elections for the Parliament, local voting elections abroad are only conducted via mail, as the General Election Law stipulates that voting at the diplomatic representation does not apply to this kind of election.
