The LVV, he said, leaves no room for democratic development, nor for free speech of MPs, through the usurpation of the Assembly seat”.
Abdixhiku expects it will change something by 26 July, the date until the Constitutional Court has ordered it to complete its constitutional hearing.
I don't see and I don't expect any solutions in the rest of the days”, he said.
The expected “is that after the 30-day deadline we have a new interpretation by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. But we have an interpretation, as we have a disregard for it, which means we have a overthrow of constitutional order. This is the unfortunate situation of the Republic of Kosovo”, Abdixhiku said.
He said that “is clear that after 30 days, this constitution if it is not constitutionalised has missed the deadlines set by the Constitutional Court, and a new interpretation is needed because it has not even determined what the court will do.
The political stalemate in the Assembly has not solved a Constitutional Court act, which obliges MPs to constitute the Parliament. She decided MPs should complete the constitutional session within 30 days, at the latest until 26 July.
The Vetevendosje Movement is casting a proposal every two days for forming a commission for a secret vote, which is not receiving the necessary votes.
Other Albanian parties argue that this bias excludes the secret vote, but in the LVV, they say it allows that way.
The party's effort, which has come first in the February 9th elections to make the vote secret after Albulen Haxhiu, their candidate for prime minister, repeatedly failed to get the 61 votes needed to be elected.
