Most of them have arrived at the plenary hall, but the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement are missing, reports Online Economy, broadcast Periscope.
Despite temperatures reaching as much as 40 degrees Celsius during the day in Kosovo, elected MPs turned to parliament to try functioning the ninth legislature. However, even the 53rd session, held after noon, did not result, as did previous sessions.
Under the Constitutional Court's ruling, lawmakers are barred from taking action until August 8th. /Periscope/
