NATO launched its combat planes at night after Ukraine was hit by the most serious war attacks with Russia so far.
Russia-infested Ukrainian territory was hit by 741 hypersonic rockets and fears kamikaze Tuesday evening ? The largest number in one night since the beginning of the conflict in 2023, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
Lutsk and Ternopil in western Ukraine were some of the hardest-hit targets, prompting an emergency response from NATO forces in neighbouring Poland.
A statement by the Warsaw Armed Forces Command said: “regarding the attack by Russian Federation Air Force that conducts attacks on targets deployed on Ukraine's territory, Polish aviation and ally has begun operating in Polish airspace”.
This comes just hours after US President Donald Trump criticised Vladimir Putin, as peace talks have not progressed.
Trump has also returned from the front and has vowed to resume sending weapons to Ukraine, as the country was heavily “over-blown” by missile attacks and the threat of Kremlin in recent days. /Periscope/
