Mutiny against Specials, KMDLNj: Citizens protest brutal violation of the principle of innocence

As the catalyst for organising this protest is considered the fact that the Special Court has recently accepted, both evidence over 1,000 files from Serbia's MUP and other security agencies, as well as from Serbia.

In this regard, the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms says all attentive supporters have it clear that the initiative for establishing this Court is from Serbia and Russia through the instrumentisation of a Council of Europe MP, Dick Marty.

Not to be charged with how events took place within the Council of Europe, KMDLNj says the order or stamp for establishing this court, deeply contrary to human rights, is by President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.

“Voting was a classic issue for those who were mostly affected by this court, kind of a part of the deputies while fraud by those who were in opposition who after coming to power became the most reliable and assisted partner of the JSR at The Hague”.

Kosovo citizens have had a thousand reasons to protest numerous violations and cruel and degrading treatment of The Hague prisoners, all Albanians and all Kosovo citizens. Kosovo citizens have had to protest nontransparentity, lack of accountability, generating testimony and witnesses, extending the detention measure, refusing Kosovo institutions to provide guarantees for monitoring the move that replaces the measure of detention, the government's failure to provide an independent monitoring, and especially to protest against the Kosovo government's non-projective and unscrupulous decision that changed the Law by restricting the means of deliberately reducing and unable to protect the effective protection of the individuals, said the KNL script further.

On the other hand, KMDLNj says that in this protest it should be required why the government allows the ignoring of Kosovo institutions by this court that arrests and condemns on the basis of ethnic and political exclusiveness. Where are the symbols of Kosovo in this court, if this court is Kosovo and if it is founded by the Assembly of Kosovo?! Why don't you report to this location?

KMDLNj has voiced support for any protest requiring respect for the human rights of those deprived of freedom, as well as the creation of conditions for a fair, fair, impartial and undirected judicial process and other interest groups.

“Citizens must protest the brutal violation of the principle of presuming innocence by the leaders of this Court, from Kosovo institutions, from “accate” objectors etc. After all, the JSR will sell this protest as pressure in the work of this Court and as a rationale for the resulting failures, especially for the brutality of human rights violations”, it is said further in the KMDLNj announcement.

While reportedly the most warned protest of the JSR, Kosovo institutions partners of the JSR than those charged themselves. “protests would be much more effective if organised at The Hague, Brussels, Geneva, Washington and New York”.

KMDLNj adds further that “is very clear that the arrest was political, that the judgment is political and that the Racist Special Court's decision will be political”. /Periscope/
