Mustafa: Serbia has internal problems, unwilling to start something against Kosovo

Albanian Democratic Party Chairman in the Presevo Valley, Ragmi Mustafa, said Serbia currently cannot prepare any attacks similar to Banjska or the Iber Lepenc channel against Kosovo.

This, according to him, has internal problems.
