The government's conduct in office and ministers in office, without parliamentary control and without whom to give responsibility is best seen in promoting and supporting ZRE's behavior in imposing the free energy market, despite judicial decisions and facts of irreparable damage to the private business sector. It does not belong to the ZRE to decisions on the free energy market, as the economy minister put it, but these decisions are to respect the laws and decisions of courts, which protect the rights of businesses, employees, investments in this sector, credit returns opportunities, and protection of the banking sector and competition. This Law envisions being implemented when circumstances of market competition are created, to benefit the private sector, not to the destruction of the private sector. We must guard against the consequences of thinking and destructive actions! We have as many as we have economy. What will remain of this country if we destroy this economy too?
