Entering high-risk political phase!
The Supreme Court's ruling confirming the constitutional ban on being a deputy simultaneously, and the minister did not bring any new legal laws was simply a reminder of a basic constitutional fact.
Kosovo is entering a new and potentially dangerous phase, with possible institutional and social crossings.
Since the night of February 9, it was evident that LVV was disappointed with the result. Albin Kurti did not celebrate as a winner, but he reacted as an angry loser.
This behavior was no coincidence, it was the reflection of a wrong political strategy “O entirely, or nothing.” A casino game where LVV risked everything he had and now is on the verge of losing everything.
Procrastination tactics began after the elections. First, delays in certificate results, then the collapse of the Parliament, and then ignoring the clear interpretation of the Constitution for the need for the parliamentary majority.
Their position on the Supreme Court's decision is the most radical so far. Direct challenge to constitutional order.
These are dangerous attitudes so far. Rejecting court decisions could lead to a phase where even the use of violence and escalating acts cannot be ruled out.
This situation is no longer just a political crisis, it seems as a direct threat to constitutional order and state stability. If governance continues in violation of the Constitution, the consequences may be unpredictable.
The consequences aren't just the LVV. Kosovo will carry them. So far we have damage to the economy, energy, education, trade, poverty and migration. Institutions are blocked. State is paralysis.
The greatest danger today comes from LVV. From a party that is not accepting the results, it is not accepting reality, and is ready to ignore everything, even the Constitution and the Supreme Court's decisions, when it does not comply with its power.
