The Ministry of Health, based on recommendations by the Kosovo National Public Health Institute, recommends that public and private institutions implement safeguard clauses for protecting workers from high temperatures, for the period 22 July 25, 2025.
High temperatures negatively affect human health, especially the most sensitive groups of society, such as children, older ones, pregnant women, chronically ill people, and workers working in open environments or in high - temperature working conditions.
All institutions are invited to observe these recommendations in order to protect the health of workers and other sensitive groups.
