Montenegro's bomb threat Svechla publishes Serbia's alleged message

Interior Minister Jedal Svecla has reacted after the threat of the bomb addressed on July 5th to the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, naming it a “hybrid attack” aimed at destabilising the country's institutions, Periscope reports. “After initial data, the threat was made by a registered telephone number [...]
“According to initial data, the threat was made by a registered telephone number in Serbia, belonging to the MTS phone company,”, says Svechla's response.
He adds that the user of this number has either been Serbian citizen Lazar ↓ivković, and that the photo of the war criminal Ratko Mladic has been used in some related accounts.
Svechla stressed that security institutions in Kosovo are addressing this issue with high priority and will seek international support to identify and bring responsible persons to justice.
“Sulmers and threats taking refuge in Serbia, despite support from the Serbian state, will not succeed in avoiding responsibility,” he declared.
Otherwise, Kosovo police have reported that the threat to the bomb at the Kosovo Assembly facility has allegedly come from a number from Serbia.
According to police, based on the ongoing investigation, it is suspected that threats have come for a telephone number, allegedly from Serbia.
The “connected with the threat of explosive vehicles, occurring today in pre-day hours at the state object of the RKS, the Kosovo Police in co-operation and co-ordination with security institutions, has continued intensive investigations, with the aim of lighting and uncovering the threat. ”
“Based in the investigations thus far, it is suspected that threats have come through a telephone number allegedly from Serbia”, says the report.
Kosovo police have announced that in co-operation with the competent prosecution, further investigations will continue, taking all investigative measures, including communication with international security partners, to locate the means and communication networks used in this threat.
