The camera was located in the western part of the city peninsula, at the top of Maryan, near the facility.
By 9: 00 p.m. (from 8:47 to 09:06), in just 20 minutes, the camera has caught a dramatic change of weather - a sudden storm coming from the sea with extremely strong winds.
This phenomenon is called “The first storm blow” and is typical of this area because of its strategic location on the sea.
According to video authors, it's about one of the strongest wind strikes this year, exposing the power of the storm before it is further distributed over the city.
This census is an important testimony to the rapid neglect of extreme weather, especially in coastal areas, and the use of camera in this country is crucial to early monitoring of possible disasters. /Periscopi/
