According to the ruling Supreme Court, it is clear that it is incompatible with the post that the MP is also ministerial.
If we have doubts earlier about this matter, after the Supreme decision everything has been clarified. The Supreme decision is a legal obligation to be implemented and respected. If the Supreme Court's decision is read correctly, eight (Kosovo Assembly deputies who have exercised the post of prime minister or minister in office cannot continue to exercise executive positions” writes Miftaraj. /Periscope/
