The Kosovo Medical Oda has launched investigation into medicine in the case of Agon Zejnullah, who died violently during the arrest of Kosovo Police in Lipjan.
The Kosovo Medical Oda through its tracking organs has launched investigations into allegations of not providing first aid to Lipjan municipality Emergency Team in the case of Agon Zeinsu.
Permission has already been granted to the OPC Attorney to begin investigations. Investigations will take place on two doubts, not providing first aid as well as unauthorised statements.
The news was confirmed by OPC chairman Dr. Sejdiu Pleas. He has said that the case has been analysed by Oda's organs today and has been decided to initiate all measures under the Law and competencies of this organization, reports Schneta newspaper.
Agon Zainsu was killed in the early hours of July 7. He passed away during the arrest by Kosovo Police.
The case has been alarmed by the media, as seen in the deceased video recordings has been arrested violently by five policemen. The video shows how the police are thrown over them, and one of them puts his knee above his neck. At this point, Zeynep stops her moves.
The police put the cuffs on the deceased's knees, but he does not give signs of life. The deceased is left in this situation for a few minutes until the ambulance comes from the main Family Medicine Center in the Lipjan municipality.
The doctor in charge does not control her for vital signs or offer her first aid. She said in a statement to the media that the police have asked for a stretcher to put it in the ambulance. The deceased is placed in the stretcher with bound hands.
According to the doctor, the death of the deceased has been ascertained after being boarded by the ambulance. According to her, she tried to give her first aid, but it didn't work.
Five police officers have already been arrested. The Constitutional Court today has established the detention measure for all -- Sergeant Ibrahim Nela and police officials: Albian Retkoceri, Artion Congeli, Liridon Candor and Andrew Beqiri.
