Market Supervisor Central Inspector closes 30 massage, local night music centres

The report also shows that 114 economic subjects, 67 massage centres, 47 local night music, have been inspected by this joint action.
This closure is due to non-registering businesses, as well as a lack of consent/agreement to meet minimal technical conditions. To economic operators exercising their activities contrary to the law, 33 punitive measures under the legislation in force have been pronounced among others in the communique.

The Central Market Oversight Inspector, under the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Equipment, in collaboration with the Kosovo Police, respectively, the Directorate of Trafficking in Persons, with inspectors from the Kosovo Tax Administration, as well as inspectors from the Central Labour Inspectorate, have conducted a broad action of inspection to economic operators, who conduct business activities of body maintenance (centre massage) and other activities of entertainment and recreation (night music).
The joint event has resulted in inspection of 114 economic subjects, 67 economic operators exercising business activities -- body maintenance activities (macial centre), 47 economic operators exercising business activities and other activities of recreation and recreation (night music), respectively.
The inspectors of the Central Inspectorate of the Conform Market their legal competencies have made provisional closures of 30 economic operators throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. This closure is due to non-registering businesses, as well as a lack of consent/agreement to meet minimum technical conditions.
To economic operators exercising their activity contrary to the law, 33 penalties have been pronounced under legislation in effect.
The Central Supervisor Inspectorate of the Conform Market's legal competencies will continue the inspections even the following days, and if violations are found, measures will be taken to halt the exercise of activity.
