He has suggested that if the legal medical report shows that the death of the young man from Lipjan has occurred as a result of police negligence, then incumbent Interior Minister Jhelal Svechla should resign.
In his account in “Facebook”, Muharrem wrote that when a youth dies in state hands there is no excuse.
“Real communication to family and friends for the serious loss of the youth from Lipjan during his arrest. If the forensics report shows that death has occurred as a result of police negligence, and if this is confirmed by justice, then the minister of the interior in office has nothing left to expect, I must resign immediately. The case, until now, is suspected of murder by the negligence of state officials led by this minister. When a youth dies in the hands of the State, there is no excuse, no waiting is just responsible.
