In his account in “Facebook”, Maliqi wrote that the head of state should announce new elections.
“If the assembly is not constitutionalised by 26 July, the president as the guardian of the functionality of the republic institutions finds the condition of the assembly's self-accuration and proclaims the new elections”, Maliqi has written.
