“Loss of mandates and imprisonment” What if in 30 days it's not the Parliament?

Former Constitutional Court Vice-President Kadri Kryeziu spoke about the Constitutional Act of Constituting Assembly of the Parliament.

Every decision, every act of Constitutional Court is law, and the law has consequences. The consequences of this, if not constitutionally, come automatically. The first is administrative punitive measures, meaning revote or loss of mandate. The second is the criminal measure, where the Special Prosecutor is tasked with starting prosecution due to violating the legal and constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo, and disobeying the law.
