The biggest beneficiary is “The Balkan Investigative Journalial Network IRN”, under the direction of Gharras Life, which has provided 160 thousand euros for the “Exporting House” project, with the reasoning of promoting modern “and resistance”.
The second most financed organisation is “7 ARTE” from Mitrovica, with 150 thousand euros, while with the same amount has been financed “Educational and Administratorial Centre ABSM”.
In the first category of beneficiaries is also the “Educational and Aducational Centre ABSM”, which has also been allocated to 150 thousand euros.

This outgoing government decision comes at a time without a functional Assembly, without accountability and with institutions blocked, while millions of euros were distributed without any public debate or transparency.
The selection of beneficiaries, large sums for some specific organisations, and the time when these divisions take place raise deep concerns about misuse of the public budget in the function of narrow political and media interests. /Periscope/
