The Supreme Court abolished an administrative directive issued by incumbent Finance Minister Iron Murati as illegal.
This directive, related to the use of fiscal electronics, fiscal systems and relevant software, was published in the Official Journal on April 16th, a day after the adoption by Murati, who had already received the mandate as deputy after the February elections.
The government in the resignation is authorised to carry out only necessary and planned activities in the Government's annual Labour Plan and the annual budget law, excluding the adoption of new sub-legal acts of norms”, says the Supreme Act. /Periscope/
