The Kusari mixes a bit of the Kurti e Limaj decisions: The head speaker belongs to VVA.

The chairman of the Alternative Party, part of the coalition with Vetevendosje Movement, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, said discussions with the Social Democrat Initiative are under way and that it is too early to say whether there will be any agreement that would lead to the Assembly Constitution by Saturday. She did not make known what [...]
She did not disclose what offer Kurti Limaj has offered at the weekend meeting, but told Rtv21 that the chief parliament's position belongs to LVV as the first party of the February 9th elections, and that discussions with the Initiative may be about other positions.
“Dictions are under way. There's something critical with successful or unsuccessful conclusion, that is. It is early to say whether there will be political agreement by the end of the week. We cannot confirm anything if there is an approach or news of reaching that an agreement, at this stage one has been clear that Limaj's request for Parliament Speaker has not found the support of MPs within the parliamentary group consisting of three political parties, LV, Guxo, Alternative d.m. The common consensus has been reached, so for the rest it has been part of the discussion between the prime minister and Limaj, whether there will be a position or any new position left to be seen but I think it is positive there will be meetings again. We've been clear in the more controversial parliamentary group, and I'm speaking on behalf of the deputies of the three parties that in general are not noticing support for this position. We are convinced that it is the position which belongs to the Vetevendosje Movement as the election winner, so discussions have all encouraged them to continue, but in relation to other positions, not the position of the chief parliament. It remains to be seen which will be the willingness of the Left Initiative to address other options”, Kusari told RTV21, followed by the report. Periscope
Asked whether LVV has moved from Albulen Hadziu's proposal to chief speaker Kusari said there is a difference to this name so far.
“There has been no discussions on changing the candidate's name for the top parliament”, Kusari said.
