Anke in the case of three-year-old harassment by defendant Mentor Llugaliu

Today I have filed complaints with the Appeals Prosecutor against the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act with which he has rejected criminal harassment.

Self-Determination Movement supporter and defendant Mentor Llugaliu has been bothering me online for three years by publishing at least 101 posts (including sexual and gender content) on Facebook that have generated over 42,000 preferences, 700 distributions and 2,200 comments.

After throwing a criminal tink, as I expected, he was certainly thrilled in the face of the test and the furniture and he continues to molest me and to be obsessed with me. He has made additional fun and exciting posts that have generated about 5300 preferences, 300 comments and 75 distributions.

The main arguments put forward in complaint are:

1. The Founding Prosecutor has wrongly estimated that in cases of harassment, direct communication is required.

Dozens of charges of harassment have been filed in the complaint through posts and scriptures (without direct contact) that have resulted in the condemnation of online molesters, including some that are very similar to my harassment case.

2. The Constitutional Prosecutor has wrongly estimated that the defendants' posts relate to my position and engagement in the society.

None of the 101 exciting posts published by the defendant have anything to do with my position or engagement in society. The prosecution has failed to offer at least one example of the 101 inflammatory posts to relax the assessment of how these posts relate to my commitment because there is no post of defendants who comment or object to the content of the causes in which I engage.

The VV's support posts are harassment, and this is proven by itself by the one with two posts meriting prosecution investigations but that have not been addressed at all in the prosecution's decision to drop the criminal complaint.

On December 31st, 2024, the defendant published a photo of me with my “inscription of the year”.

On November 21st 2023, the defendant wrote “I've never had enough heat with them. Please *share *share Except for Mickoj's anger with the company! ”

The defendant wanted to become a member of RTK's board, a process that I monitored. It wasn't because the deputies didn't vote. He considers me a person of great influence in the Kosovo Assembly deputies and as a person who has decided who will be elected board member and therefore makes me responsible for his failure to become a member of the RTK board. He took this in his posts.

Since then, he has written at least 101 exciting posts, and this proves that harassment exercised by the defendant is a response to my activism and revenge for his non-election as a board member.

4. The Founding Prosecutor misjudges that 101 posts have to do with slander and that they should be dealt with by the Civil Law Against Slander and Oppression

Slander is a false statement that harms reputation while insulting is a derogatory statement.

I've been practicing criminal tingling because of harassment and not because of damage to my reputation or because I feel humiliated. As a result, I cannot appeal to the court with false claims that 101 posts have damaged my reputation.

My reputation is not at all damaged by the defendant's obsession and revenge posts. I don't even feel humiliated by the terms he uses, and I've clarified that in the criminal outcry and the statement near the prosecutor.

His obsession with me was distributed through exciting posts that disturbed me and continued to disturb me and my family. I'm afraid his obsession could result in greater consequences to me. That's why I'm addressing the prosecution for the criminal act of harassment.

Posts like my “constant”, “onn't have to fuck off or leave “, “I don't have to turn off my heat”, “crime puglavica”, “Mikojes”, <x10kom> cat <x11) are not and can never be taught as a reference statement.

These expressions are harassment of criminal character as they were made by the defendant in order to bring me constant and undesirable attention in order to harassment, intimidation, and cause emotional concern.

As I said, his profile is filled with online harassment of other women often with sexual content that is present in public life. So I'm convinced that the main purpose of harassment and offering his platform for others to molest me has been and remains to dehumanize me and get me and other women out of public life.

For three years, I've been reluctant to file a criminal report because the prosecution's new and because I'm afraid the criminal charge will call him to bother me even more. My hesitation was based.

It's now up to the Appeals Prosecutor to decide on this case of online obsessiond harassment that has been going on for over three years.
