On constitutional basis of the proposal, the largest parliamentary group -- the winner of the election -- casts it. Our proposal is Albulen Haxhiu and not someone else. We must also determine for all the vice-presidents. We are not voting for the queen Albulen HAxhiu, but for the head of the Parliament”, Kurti said in Tv1.
