According to recommendations from the National Public Health Institute, institutions should adjust schedules for their employees and, according to the possibility of applying the flexible schedule, allowing workers to start work earlier or to work from home.
And the recommendation is said to have expectants fired during hot - heat watches.
IK The KPS recommended that people with chronic or serious health conditions work from home.
List of recommendations:
1.1 adjust work schedules for their employees and, according to the ability to apply flexible work hours that means allowing workers to start work early in the morning or to work at home if possible;
1.2 The pregnant girls get out of work during the heat pit hours, or work from home;
1.3 People with chronic and serious health conditions are allowed to work at home;
1.4 Secure enough ventilation in closed jobs;
1.5 Place refreshing points (use of mobile umbrellas and other materials to create shade or cool areas) in open areas for the workers' refreshment and ensure cool water access to workers;
1.6 share information through citizen information sources for ways to protect against heat;
1.7 Those who do farm work plan to develop their jobs early or later in the afternoon to avoid exposure to high heat;
