The Kosovo Security Force has confirmed that one of the soldiers who served in the Gjilan barracks, who had gone for training in the United States, has abandoned the army to stay with its relatives there.
KSF spokesman Qerimi Brotherhood has declared the same has left without permission from authorities. He has suggested that legal procedures have already been initiated against him.
Kosovo Security Force reports that the member in question has left without permission from competent authorities during a US training. We also announce to you that the Kosovo Security Force has initiated legal procedures for the member in terms of consecutive legal and sub-legal acts in power”, says the Reporter.net's response.
The cure has not been answered if there have been other such cases.
This member was among the 152 soldiers who had gone to US training in May of this year, to become part of one of the world's most advanced military training “Valentine's Training Center (JRTC)”.
When they left for this training, they were taken to the airport by President Vjosa Osmani, once the Supreme Commander of KSF.
