According to him, the Supreme has made constitutional references, which leaves open for the inclusion of the Constitutional.
The Supreme Court's decisions are final in the interpretation of the law, including the Law on Government. But it should be noted that in its ruling, the Supreme Court has made constitutional references. And that leaves room for possible involvement of the Constitutional Court, if the parties even seek the opinion of this Court. ”
The Kryeziu has said the Law for Government is poorly drafted and evil.
“P my opinion, the Law on Government is poorly drafted and bad, has many durabilitys, but also logical contradictions. The Supreme Court has had to deal with this aspect of this law. This allows space for the issue to be politicised and that's not good. ”
