Krasniqi in the speech after the failure of the Parliament's constitutional session said our country has already set black records for the constitution's union.

“against the court's clear advice for compromise and trust, the stubbornness of Albin Kurti and his party has been greater than responsibility”, Krasniqi said, among other things.

Below the full talk:

Dear colleagues,
Dear citizens of our Republic,

Today is the 53rd Kosovo Convention Constituent session.
There have been 166 days since the February 9th 2025 elections, and Kosovo still has no institutions.

We've already set a few black records for the House Constitution. As today, the 30-day term set by the Constitutional Court for the institution is extended, and yet nothing moved.

No attempts at solutions. No reflection on the consequences. No empathy for citizens. Despite the court's clear advice on compromise and trust, the stubbornness of Albin Kurti and his party has been greater than responsibility.

Bigger than state. Bigger than democracy. And, unfortunately, today Kosovo is walking in an unknown land.

On a dangerous constitutional, institutional and social ground. In a grey area where the state no longer has a compass and citizens have no address. We are violating a land where the Constitution is read, not as a common contract, but as a document distorted in the interest of the day.

We're violating a land where most of us don't want to, but dictates. Where dialogue is no longer a means of solution, but a sign of weakness.

And on this dark road, the whole country is headed for the abyss. Dear citizens,

In this unknown land where Kosovo is treading, we are not only lost in internal coordinates.

We are increasingly lost on the international map. In just a few years, we've gone from a country that was the hope of the region to a country that is seen with worry and distrust.

From respected partner to unpredictable actor. From aspiring country for European integration, to a republic that risks remaining isolated for another decade.

Today, Kosovo has fewer friends in the world than yesterday. Today, Kosovo has no more voice because an irresponsible government has shut its mouth, not only institutions, but also alliances that were built toil for 25 years. And this is no longer just diplomatic isolation.

This is a real threat to breaking down the functionality of our country. A state without institutions, without friends, without integration, without representation, is no longer a functional state. We are not isolated from Brussels alone.

We're increasingly distant from Washington. We don't communicate at all with Tirana.

We're abandoned in the region. And divided in our country. And this is the highest price Kosovo is paying for a government that chose arrogance before dialogue, fighting with friends before building trust, and power before the state. If we don't stop this fall, I don't even want to think about where we're going. But I assure you all that it will not be pleasant at all!

Dear citizens, when I say “Kosovo is on an unknown land”, I don't just talk about the political crisis.

It's about a crisis where for the first time in 25 years of statehood, citizens are feeling the state is something you're abandoning. Like something you're holding back.

I'm talking about this moment when: We have no legitimate government; We don't have a functional place; We don't have a decision to answer your real needs. Instead, we have: Rounding scandals: from tenders, to customer appointments, to public budget abuses; Price hikes affecting every family, every youth, every pensioner; International isolation that is costing us millions of euros and decades of integration.

Kosovo is the only country that risks losing over 100m euros from the EU Growth Plan, not for lack of capacity, but for lack of institutions.

Dear colleagues,

Let's be honest with each other and with the citizens. I want to make a conscious and responsible reflection today.

The PDK is an official party. The party that has claimed responsibility to build this state, protect it and move it forward. We were not part of this jam, nor of these deviations. But we live together with their consequences.

And for that, as head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, I feel a responsibility to say publicly: Sorry.
Sorry citizens are tired. We regret that even though determined, we have been powerless to change this course to this day. We regret the stress, uncertainty, and lack of full representation of you as a result of this blockade, which you have given us faith on February 9.

But, in our own way, we didn't keep silent. We've used every legal route to give direction and resolution to this crisis. I know and I believe that neither do you want us to take more drastic, illegal or unconstitutional measures. For you know, it is not only sweat that has been shed for the building of these institutions, that blood has been shed. Thousands of years of imprisonment have been held by prominent intellectuals and patriots.

They sacrificed dozens of generations of our ancestors. Today, we have the anniversary of the death of two of our heroes: Adam Enver Zymber Demac. And even for their sake, we can never get to the level that the outgoing government had once fallen.

But one thing, now it's certain we'll never do: We won't accept the dictatorship.
We will not become part of violating the Constitution. We will not be subject to personal or group interests.

We will not abandon Kosovo or its constitutional order. We will continue to protect the constitutional order, democracy, state and citizen, even when we are in the minority. Even when we're a crowd. Even when we're in opposition. Even when we're in power.

Respected colleagues, honored citizens, however, faith is a virtue we dare not lose at this moment. Despite that. I have faith.

I believe our society is stronger than this cast. I have faith that justice will be restored. I am confident that citizens will again choose the light. Today, more than ever, we need a new vision of Kosovo.

Not just to change power, but to change the way it's governed. To turn politics into people's service.
To restore hope to the place where she was born. And as we do this, we'll do it:

This political casss, which today is holding the country hostage after aubzoe with him over four years, will go to history as a shame box. The register that blocked the institutions. Cassta who used power for himself, not for you.

Cassta, who degraded the country and impoverished its citizens. Casta, who left Kosovo on an unknown land, in the darkness of uncertainty and loneliness.

Therefore, honored colleagues, let's not forget who we are and what we are here for.

We're here not to protect ourselves, but to act. Not to reconcile injustices, but to fight them.

Not to keep silent in the face of violation of the Constitution, but to defend it at any cost. Our country today is at a crossroads.

And the decision to return to the right path is in our hands.

So I invite you to do what is due us: to give back hope, orientation and development to our country: We return the future and prosperity. For our citizens. For our children. For our Kosovo.

Because, as I have often said, Kosovo can best. And, of course, we better do it!

Thank you.
