Today, the Special Court in The Hague refused the motion to drop part of the indictment against former President Hashim Thaci, former Mayor Kadri Veselini, former Parliament Speaker Jakup Krasniqi and former President Rexhep Selimi. This decision, unfortunately, also represents a lost opportunity to strengthen confidence in international justice and in the principles on which it must stand - objectivity, impartiality, and truth.

Liberations, their families, us and any Kosovo citizen have not sought favors, but only justice. Justice that is not influenced by prejudice. That doesn't confuse freedom with guilt. Because freedom is not guilt. Never was. Never will be.

History cannot and cannot be written in the silent halls of the courts because it is written in the sacrifices of our people for freedom. Justice may be delayed, but truth will never change. They're innocent. They're Saviors. Therefore, we look forward to the final decision about their freedom. The pride and dignity of those who fought for this country remain invincible forever!

The sun will rise again for rescuers, Kosovo and the truth.
