The municipality says the investment is not equipped with construction permits and there has been no demand.
“Today, the Kosovo Field Community has been informed by village residents who in Miradi in Ulta have started several works in public space. After verifying ground information, we have found that these investments are being carried out by the MKRS. In parallel, the municipality has accepted an invitation to attend the inaugural ceremony regarding this investment. After these reports of the start of the gym building and the ceremony scheduled for tomorrow on 10,07.2025, ( Thursday), we are obliged to inform you that investment in question is not equipped with construction permits, and there is no demand for the same. ”
The municipality has asked the MKRS before the work starts to follow legal procedures.
We therefore ask investors for legal procedures before the start of the works. Otherwise, we are obliged to act in accordance with the legal requirements for halting the work and ruining it. We continue to be committed to building the gym because for this project we have divided the parcel of land into municipal property. At the same time, it is very important to respect legal requirements and procedures. We are available to work closely with relevant authorities to meet all requirements, and until then any investment is illegal. ”
