Kosovo buys US armoured vehicles

Kosovo has accepted an amount of armoured vehicles' contract, the United States' production of (SHBA), which has been provided based on a programme of special purchases addressed in the national national purchase plan by the US and is expected to accept yet another amount of such vehicles.

“We confirm that we have accepted an amount of an armoured vehicle container, the product of the US, which has been provided based on a special purchase programme addressed in the bilatheral plan of state-owned purchases from the US and are expected to accept yet another amount of such vehicles. Following the completion of the readmission process, additional details will be made known”, said Liridona Gashi, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence.
