Kosovo Albanians buy housing and villas big, 295m euros in investment in Albania

Kosovo citizens are increasingly buying property in Albania. It's mostly property on the coast.

Of the 440m euros, which is the investment portfolio from Kosovo, 67 per cent, or 295m euros, are for apartments or villas.
