The three friends are suspected that in the early hours of the morning, between 5:00 and 7:30, they performed the act in a hotel room off the coast on Tuesday.
“Victime reported the case immediately to the police, which has managed to prevent one of the suspects at the scene, while the other two have been arrested later and accompanied for criminal investigations”, Croatian police reported, broadcast “Index”, says Time.net.
The court has ordered the detention measure for the three suspects due to the risk of escape. They are accused of a serious criminal offence against sexual freedom.
According to the Croatian Criminal Code, this hard work is sentenced to jail for at least six months to ten years. /Periscope/
