Kos: Serbia in difficult situation, Kosovo issue resolved

Serbia is in a very difficult situation, and we, the European Union, strongly support its European path and the Serbian people.

So has stated in an interview for Deutsche Welle, Marta Kos, EU Commissioner for Enlargement about protests in Serbia.

She stresses that although Serbia has been a candidate country for many years, it has not yet implemented all reforms. “This is why we help them implement these reforms”, Kos added, broadcast Clankosova.tv.

When it comes to the Kosovo issue as a condition for joining the EU, Marta Kos stresses: “I always like to say that when a country decides on the road to the EU, it comes with obligations and responsibility.
