Koci through a post on the social Facebook network said that for minutes, they keep the victim in handcuffs, even though he was suspected to be dead.

They even put it in a shell, in handcuffs when they put it in the ambulance.

All of this without any attempts at police intervention.

Without checking if you breathe.

Every cop including us, drivers we're capable of providing first aid.

Why would a person unconscious with his hands tied behind him? That's how breathing gets harder if it was alive.

Why hasn't he been kept lying?

There is no normal state in the world where an unconscious person is not treated immediately as an emergency medical emergency.

Finally, I cannot say that this tragic event, this crime, does not bear just individual criminal consequences.

There are also command and political responsibilities.

You can't get puffed up with police arrivals in the north and take responsibility when such crimes happen! /Periscopi/
