Former OVL-KLA Chairman Faton Klinkaku's duty has reacted after the Constitutional Court ruling, which in the retrial has convicted them and sentenced them to one year in prison to former Prime Minister Agim Ceku and 9 accused: Rrustem Berisha, Shkumbin Demalijaj, Sadik Halitijaha, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Faik Fazliu, Fadil Shudreaj and Xavi Jashar, in the case of “Venters”. On the other hand, Nuredin Lushtaku and Smajl Elezaj were acquitted.
Klink has written that he does not believe that the Government will review the list of fake veterans, as the Founding Father has requested.

The trial in the case of “Vjetran”, among other things, said:
“Obligations the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, which through the relevant commissions in the administrative procedure, does review the list of 19 thousand and 500 veterans as in the Special Prosecutor's appendix”.

Because the government didn't do that because it never cared about it, because it just had farce and campaigned.
