A report issued to the media says this decision is disappointing and sparks serious concerns about justice and impartiality that this court claims to represent.
“Ending the motion is a negative message for justice. When, in the face of facts, evidence and procedural violations are denied even a fair review of the safeguardial motions, the impression of a unilateral and politically oriented process arises. Our position will not stop”.
“The NLA and its leaders do not need mercy, but a fair, equal, and based judgment on the historical truth of the war for freedom. The court cannot close its eyes to reality that the world knows the KLA was a liberation force”, the announcement said.
Among other things, these organisations call on public opinion and the international community not to fall prey to “a distorted Narrative”.
This court is risking turning into a history rewrite tool, not guaranteeing justice”.
On behalf of all those who sacrificed for Kosovo's freedom, we will always stand in defense of the truth and the rights of our fellow fighters”, the announcement said. /Periscope/
