Today, at the regular meeting of the Kosovo Energy Corporation Board of Directors ( KEK U.S.), the decision on sharing a 400-euro net bonus for all corporate employees has been adopted.

This decision is made based on the Constitutional competencies of the Board, under the Law for Public Enterprises and in line with the best international practices of corporate governance, as well as on the basis of KEK's good financial performance. During 2024.

At the same time, the demands of two active unions at KEK U.S.A. have been taken into account in the review of this decision. The SR-KEK and SPEK addressed during regular meetings with executive management.

The Board has taken this decision in the belief that the welfare of KEK U.S. employees. remains a strategic priority, viewing them as corporate vital assets and the foundation of its success and stability.

This bonus represents a direct assessment of commitment, professionalism and the staff's continued contribution to meeting corporate targets in the country's energy sector.

The implementation of the decision will be made by the executive management, in co-ordination with relevant financial and administrative units of the ECA.
