Bajrami said it was canceled yesterday by KEK's 137m tender, and there are suspicions of corrupt scheme.
“Tender for “Resilination and Modernisation of the A3” Unit at the Kosova A thermal power plant, worth 137,334,000 Euro, was suspended yesterday, just one day before the deadline for submitting bids. This tender has raised strong suspicions for months, developed under questionable conditions and with procedural violations” writes Bajrami
It stresses that the unexpected suspension raises very serious questions, listing some of them.
“Why was it suspended at the last moment, when the process had to be completed? It's been said that someone complained. Who complained? Where did he complain? What procedure do you complain about, and where do you complain one day before the deadline for bidding? No complaint procedure was in advance at this time. Is he trying to hide any possible legal offense? Bajrami asks. /Periscope/
