The defence had handed over this motion on June 12th, meanwhile, the response of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has gone to the Court's address on July 7th.
The hearing for the most important decision after the completion of the prosecution's presentation of evidence and witnesses will begin at 9: 00 a.m. and is expected to continue with the process during the day, the expert witness hearings of the Victims Protection Office respectively.
Judges have ordered MV to prepare experts regardless of the decision on the motion, because according to Charles Smith, the nature of this controversial motion is limited so the trial will be passed to the next phase. /Periscope/
