Prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu's request, provided by “Justice Trust”, is based on suspicion that Yevtic, until the day of arrest, was recruited by the Serbian Secret Service (BIA), has offered them sensitive information about security institutions in Kosovo, including police movements and operational plans, broadcast Periscope
In the prosecution's request, Jevqis reportedly has sent the Kosovo Police Plan called “to BIA. Target” drafted after the attack on Banjska and the same document has communicated to BIA official Sasa Chiric, known as “Cira”.
Yevtic is also suspected that BIA official has enabled access to the official computer, endangering Kosovo police, national security and constitutional order.
Guns have been found at home including a “type gun. Zastava” and 90 bullets.
The request reportedly has found and seized electronic equipment, confidential documents, weapons, ammunition and undeclared sums of money -- 10,000 euros, 2 million Serbian dinars and 600 Swiss francs.
According to the document, provided by “Justice Vowtim”, allegations of Jevtiqi are based on IPK criminal speaking, reports on specific investigative measures, as well as material evidence sequentised in his house. Kosovo Police confidential documents, operational plans, smart phones, electronic devices ( U n SB, computer, and a CD with “inscription Ero W7X31” for deleting passwords.
It mentions AKI reports and the testimony of Serbian BIA officials with whom Yevtic allegedly communicated.
The prosecution argues there is real danger of escape, influence in witnesses, destruction of evidence and repetition of criminal acts. According to her, no measures other than detention would guarantee the regular course of procedure.
To Yevtici, who was chief of operations in the border police at the “crossing, and the White Alpha”, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate has recommended suspension.
A day earlier, the prosecution announced Yevtici's arrest following an operation conducted together with the Police Inspectorate and the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.
