According to the official statement by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), the slain are Barhoum Shaheen (The reform General Security of Hamas in Western Gaza), Faraj al-Aoul, (Chief of the Hamas Legal Office and simultaneously member of the organisation's Legal Council) and Hashem Sarsour (Creu of the Hamas Emergency Committee in Eastern Gaza).
Israeli Army spokeswomans stated these targets were accurately hit on the basis of precise intelligence information, stressing that the elimination of them constitutes a significant blow to Hamas' command structure in Gaza.

Meanwhile, the situation on the ground remains tense, with occasional clashes and a humanitarian crisis worsening, while the international community continues to call for calm and diplomatic resolution of the conflict. /Periscope/
