The capital's traffic unit has taken investigative action shortly after reporting the accident to clarify random circumstances, broadcast Periscope.
“During the investigation has been found that at the moment of the accident the suspected persons were not in the car, and their statements were deliberate falsehoods to manipulate the accident's circumstances,” said in the statement.
The suspects have been interviewed by police, and by order of the prosecutor has initiated criminal proceedings against them for the “forged statement”.
