The indictment was based on conversations at “viber”, defence denies the guilty KKZ attack on North Mitrovica

Initially, the final word has been given by the defender of the accused Vlasic, lawyer Milos Delevich, who said the final word has been delivered in writing, while added that the indictment prosecutor has based it on conversation in “Viber”, reports “Justice Vow”, broadcast Periscope.

Lawyer Delevic, in terms of evidence by prosecution witnesses, gave the exclusive emphasis to witness that witness Idriz Idrizi, saying this indictment was born from this witness's report.

“For prosecution witnesses, I will focus on the testimony of Idriz Idriz, he has not identified any of the accused, he has said he has not come to know anyone because the situation was chaotic and dangerous, his statement was overall”, Delevic said.

While, the accused Vlasic himself declared he supports the word given by his lawyer, adding that he was not part of this attack.

I have not committed these criminal acts that I am charged with, I am not involved in these attacks that have occurred on this date”, Vladic said.

In the final address, the defender of the Pantic accused, lawyer Lubomir Pantovic, said this indictment contains no action of the accused.

All the evidence on which this indictment is based is only in support of police reports and police documents, and we have four indictees and the overall description is so broad and it does not contain the description of any action of any accused here”, Pantovic said.

The Pantic accused, however, was declared in the final word.

I have no wrongdoing or any act against law”, Pantic said.

In the end, the final word has also been given by the defender of the accused Vakiq, lawyer Dejan Vasic, said his defender is an extremely good one by countering the report by witness Idrizi.

Even the accused Vakiq said he had nothing to do with the case.

Witness Idrizi had begun his testimony on March 7, 2025, and was heard in the quality of the police officer at the Department of Intelligence and Analysis. Idriz had continued his testimony on March 14, 2025.

Otherwise the initial hearing in the case was held on January 30th, 2024, with the case all accused declared innocent.

Otherwise, the initial session scheduled for January 12th, 2024, was postponed with defence proposals, since the same had not been equipped with all the subject papers. /Periscope/
