The Penal Court in the RMV announced today (18 July) that detention has been extended to those accused of fire at the “Pulse” discotheque in Kocan.
At the same time, they inform themselves that the indictment has already been handed over to all the accused and their lawyers. After receiving it, an eight - day period of complaints begins. After this period expired, the judicial council will meet and inform the public of further steps.
The court also confirmed that the Public Foundation Prosecutor in Skopje will hold the further part of the procedure.
