The Penal Court in the RMV announced today (18 July) that detention has been extended to those accused of fire at the “Pulse” discotheque in Kocan.
At the same time, they inform themselves that the indictment has already been handed over to all the accused and their lawyers. After receiving it, an eight - day period of complaints begins. After this period expired, the judicial council will meet and inform the public of further steps.
The court also confirmed that the Public Foundation Prosecutor in Skopje will hold the further part of the procedure.

Regarding the concrete indictment KoOA 155/25, they inform that in 02.07.2025 in the afternoon, the paperwork has been handed over to the court, along with all evidence material, including expert reports, medical documentation, as well as technical equipment seized during the investigation.
Then the cases and all the proposals were put into the AKMIS system, and the next day the act was handed over to an evaluation council.
