“If we look at all the methods that have been undertaken so far, the perception is that we are dealing with structured action for the capture of administration”, Shala said on the “Tempus” show.
The issue of the administration's politicisation, he said it was mentioned even in international reports on preliminary governments in the past.
Shala stressed that problematic is the issue of task makers in institutions, where the position of task member is more practical, which makes exception, while he said that in this government this has been principle.
The greatest number of positions has only been met by task manager, which is contrary to the principle of institutional integrity”, Shala said.
He said it is currently a large number of positions that are illegally held under the Supreme Court's ruling.
Also, Shala said such a practice is contrary to international law and standards, which creates consequences both in institutional life and in the lives of citizens.
