He adds that his party cannot accept the form of voting being changed arbitraryly and contrary to the Constitution and the current parliamentary practice related to the election of the Speaker of the Assembly.
Hoti said a candidate who does not receive support several times in the open vote could be elected by a secret vote only if votes are smuggled.
“Today, a former prime minister stands in the office unconstitutionally. Today, an act of Constitutional Court is not respected, and as a result, the country remains without institutions now four months, with major political consequences for the Euro-Atlantic integration process and with dire and long-term economic consequences” writes Hoti. /Periscope/
