Hotel guard “Raninska Banjska” relates how an injured person was sent there on the critical day, says Radovici once visited the hotel

Special Prosecutor Naim Abazi initially stressed that witness Nedelkovic in the Prosecutor had declared that on the critical day of the attack on Banjska, 50 times had left the hotel to see what was going on, the “Justice Vought “reports.

Nedelkovic said he didn't see a car there, but some uniformed people said he warned them to leave the hotel roof because someone could kill them and then leave.

Asked about his statement that on the critical day about 4:30 p.m. at the Rajnska Bansjka Hotel, armed men carrying an injured person were carrying him and that they had any emblems or signs showing which group they belonged to, the witness said they had something like that.

Regarding the injured person, he said that he had remained to sleep in a room, and the witness had gone home the next day, so I don't know what happened.

He claimed that after leaving the wounded, some were headed toward the monastery on foot.

Regarding his statement that before accepting the injured person at the hotel, his chief Ivan Filimiovic had called and had told him to house that person there, Nedelkovic said Filimiovic did not order him, but only told him to give him room number 6.

“Didn't tell me who was in Kraguyevc, I understood that after several days”, he said.

The Witness added that he had also spoken to a colleague who was an investigative policeman in Mitrovica, while adding that the guest list has been in the reception, which, according to him, remains in customer evidence every day.

Facing the statement issued by the Prosecutor, Nedelkovic said he does not know the person named Sljivic and that he does not know whether his son participated in the attack, but since he was there, he believes so.

The people who brought the wounded to the hotel, he said they entered the second entrance rather than the main one.

I was forced to let go that they were armed, I didn't dare refuse. So, two remain and two have left, that is, the wounded and the other has remained”, the witness added.

Meanwhile, questioned about those involved in the attack, he said he did not know who he was because they had masks.

The prosecutor asked him whether Vladimir Andric and Vladan Ilic were, the witness Nedelkovic said he did not remember that he mentioned them, nor did he see them.

And for Milan Radoichi, he said “I just heard, when I didn't see him. He used to be at the hotel once because even if he came, he used to come a little different from”.

“A think he was organising this group”, prosecutor Abazi asked him.

Whatever I think, he himself accepted”, Nedelkovic replied, adding that you know who the people who helped Radojchi.

Nedelkovic said that as the keeper of the facility they can accept guests, but they have no right to write the evidence, he said he called the receptionist, so I don't know what she did.

On the critical day of September 24, 2023, the witness said he had started work at 9:30 and that he had remained two days. He said he worked as a guard at the Rajnska Banjska Hotel.

Regarding the case, he added that a great noise was heard and all the customers who were in the hotel had come down, which he had to take care of everyone.

He said hotel manager Marko Savic was not at the hotel that night. He said that by 4:30 p.m., four armed men had gone outside the hotel and that he had taken them away and didn't enter the hotel.

According to him, the aforementioned were not the ones who had sent the injured person to the hotel. Then, he said the injured person had been brought in at 4:30 in the morning and that the people who brought the wounded did not recognize and that they had masks.

The Witness was asked about his statement to the prosecutor that one of the men who brought the wounded was the son of a football player named Sljivic.

“I don't know exactly if I heard, but I was asked to be identified so that I would not be given responsibility for them but to give responsibility for themselves, it was correct on their part”, Nedelkovic said.

For the person named Sliveq, he said that he probably mentioned it but that he may not have heard it well.

For Chief Ivan Filianovic and his request for the injured to be accommodated in Room 6, he said he knew the room was free because he has been in constant contact with the receptionist. The other person said that he was placed in room 3.

Director Marko Savic said he had called at the request of an investigator but had not talked to him.

Regarding the statement given in the Prosecutor, the witness said he was not read literally in the Serbian language, but only to some extent, who believes he understood.

Nedelkovic said today is the fourth time he has witnessed this case. Said Vlastimir Andrinj didn't ask anyone but his neighbor.

The Witness added that Dusan Maksimovic knows he's from Banjska and that he thinks he's a very good guy.

He worked on heating maintenance and cooling, worked everything. Nowhere have I mentioned (Dushan), nor have I been asked, nor did I have to mention”, he said.

Nedelkovic added that before September 24th he saw him every day because he worked in the witness's bathroom at the hotel. He said Dusan had also participated in building the hotel.

Then the witness showed him some pictures. He said Dusan's uniform was not the same as that of the hotel, but it was different.

Prosecutor Abazi later told him that at the beginning of the Nedelkovic hearing, he said he stood by the statement given at the Prosecutor's Office, where there were translators and there are videos-incizim. Said the statement was signed on each page.

Since the witness said that the villa in which Dusan Maksimovic stayed was in Suhadol and that the same was his groom's, he was asked to identify the same villa through the photograph.
