The 59-year-old was caught in the bubble while trying to escape with his vehicle on the Tirana-Elbasan highway”.
Tirana's police authorities, in a press release, said this Tuesday that the Court of Florence ruling is recognised by the Court of Appeals in Tirana.
So the 59-year-old is expected to suffer in Albania.
