“As a result of a well-organised information and operational work, the Special Operations and Research Task Force Research Services, successfully finalised Operation {Hierarchia), during which Ilir Kocij (Kociaj) was placed in handcuffs, 59 years old.
The 59-year-old was caught in the bubble while trying to escape with his vehicle on the Tirana-Elbasan highway”.
Tirana's police authorities, in a press release, said this Tuesday that the Court of Florence ruling is recognised by the Court of Appeals in Tirana.
So the 59-year-old is expected to suffer in Albania.
