Lutfi Haziri, deputy of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), has said the Constitutional Court's decision is “crystal clear”.
“Constitutional Court judges have judged correctly and answered the question of the group of MPs led by Deputy Time Kadrij. But, they are inclined to answer only the question posed, while the device has answered, and in reasoning they have offered arguments, facts, concrete examples, not only from countries in the region, but also from countries with similar parliamentary democracies, much like what Kosovo has built in this system and these parameters”, it said on the FIVE show at RTV Duqagjini, broadcast Periscope.
On the other hand, Haziri has said the first party has played words concerning the Constitutional Court's decision, interpreting it in a completely different standard.
The Constitutional Court's decision as the Swedish table is being addressed. What he likes, receives, and comments in their interest, the rest ignores and does not refer to é no matter which part of the Constitutional Court's decision is”, he added.
“They have given solution to the MP group's demand, but the first party is not implementing it. Zaten, for the first time, the Constitutional Court has been challenged to fail to implement its decision,” has ended Haziri. /Periscope/
