Acting Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has declared that the Justice Ministry (MD) has fulfilled all financial obligations in relation to the judicial protection of detained persons in the Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
According to Haxhiu, so far a total of 32m euros have been earmarked for this purpose, including covering expenditures for legal protection of former Kosovo Liberation Army members facing charges by the Special Court.
