Democratic Party of Kosovo MP (PDK), Nat Hasani, has reacted to the lingering situation for the Assembly's constitutionalisation, stressing that responsibility falls on the party that has come first in the election.
“Respecting the Constitutional Court's decision has a clarification, but until the decision is respected by the first party to come first in the election, a routine and trivial going to the Assembly has become,” has declared Hasani, stressing that the situation is repeating every day without any change.
According to him, the next move should come from the Vetevendosje Movement.
“Ftmir Limaj must be mandated and have the LVV mandate and come to PDK for support research. But not in an individual way, we need to consult the chairman,”, he added.
Hasani stressed that the decision for support will depend on circumstances and position of party leadership:
“Depends if The PDK will support it or not, and depends on the situation. He is smart enough to understand the situation and come to seek the support of the Speaker of the Assembly. ”
He also cited the lack of a clear agreement among parties:
We don't have a deal on how it goes. Fifty times there's no deal. ”
Hasan has said the “Constitutional Court has left no sanctions, but has left free will. Within 30 days, the framework consists. Even after 30 days the situation will continue the same. There's no one to solve or download this assembly. We don't have the chairman or the head of the Assembly”./Periscopi/
